With 25 years of experience, fifteen of them dedicated to advising Business Families, his professional purpose is to contribute to the intergenerational continuity of family projects (business and/or patrimonial), through the development of family governance.


As a Fellow of the Family Firm Institute (Boston, USA) and Advanced Certificate Holder by the same institution, she is committed to a lifelong learning approach in her profession.


With this vision, he has completed the International Business Program at Georgetown University (Washington DC, USA), the Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming (Institut Gestalt), and the Higher Program in Coaching and Management Development (AECOP).


With a PhD in Business Administration and Management from the University of Vigo (Spain), her thesis was awarded Honorable Mention by the Family Firm Institute (Boston, USA), within the category of Best Doctoral Dissertation.


She holds a degree in Business Administration (with a specialization in Finance), and is also a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from UIE.
